Many years ago, people had large families because they needed those extra hands to help with farming. It was a rough time for many, but they made do with what they had. However, royal families often had many children because they could afford them, so it was quite normal to have a ton of kids in your lifetime.

Cristiano Ronaldo – Five Children

Cristiano Ronaldo is a soccer star who has four children with Georgina Rodriguez, his girlfriend. She gave birth to Alana Martina, their daughter. However, the other three were born via surrogacy (Mateo, Eva Maria Dos Santos, and Cristiano Jr.). His girlfriend gave birth to twins in 2022, but tragically, one died shortly after birth.
